I am born and bred in Hong Kong and have been trained as a journalist. From 2003-2010, I have worked for, first, South China Morning Post, the city’s English daily newspaper, as a feature writer and daily news reporter. I later worked as the editor of HK Magazine, Hong Kong’s top city-living English magazine.

I write just about everything. I have covered hard news topics including politics, property, environment, city planning, heritage conservation and social issues.

I have been a prolific writer in lifestyle stories, focusing on food and dining, travel, film and culture, entertainment scene and also profile interviews and other human interest stories.
